Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future?

The BBC have revealed an appalling increase of 60% over ten years in the number of people on housing waiting lists. The number on the list is now about 45,000 – equivalent to the entire population of a fairly big town like Tonbridge. For tens of thousands in our county, this Christmas will be spent in inadequate or cramped conditions, a state of affairs for which three decades of allowing the market to decide is primarily responsible.
